The Crosbie Collective is a team of industry experts led by Tania Crosbie who are all experts in their field, committed to sustainability and practiced at delivering communication, research, engagement and education programs in organisations.


Tania Crosbie


Tania is a strategic professional with proven leadership skills who believes that sustainability is the key to long-term organisational success.   She draws on over 20 years of experience in the fields of marketing and communications, sustainability, strategic planning, research, education and community, staff and stakeholder engagement.

Her work at the Green Building Council of Australia and as co-founder of Sustainably at Work inspired her to set up The Crosbie Collective, with its collaborative approach to social and environmental sustainability. Tania understands how business works and can support leaders to drive value-based sustainable changes through the organisation, team, supply chain, stakeholders and customers.

“I understand how senior executives become conflicted trying to drive revenues and manage stakeholder expectations whilst trying to balance a more values and ethical focused approach and culture. These drivers often cause conflict and stress – but they needn’t. I can align your business to become the organisation that you, your people and your customers will be proud of”.

Tania has a BA in Communications and Grad. Dip in Marketing, Grad. Certificates in Higher Education and Executive Coaching. She is also a member of the Australian Market and Social Research Society, Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute and qualified in Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) reporting.

Tania is also living a more sustainable lifestyle in the Byron Bay hinterland in her solar off-grid house, extensive vegetable and fruit gardens and pets. She left behind the corporate city life and is now challenging herself daily to live more sustainably. This is a philosophy that has always driven Tania, from her years growing up on a farm in central NSW (Condobolin) and then working for the Maningrida Arts and Culture Centre in Arnhem Land; aligning her work with her personal environmental and social drivers.
